What data you share with us
Through the request form on the website — only what you entered yourself:
- Contact — Telegram handle, phone number, or your email address and the most convenient way for us to reply.
- Country, that you are asking about.
- Answers to follow-up questions — purpose of the status, timelines, whether there were any refusals. These are optional fields.
- Free description of the situation, if you have filled it in.
- Page URL, from which the request was submitted — to understand what service is meant.
We do not request or store scans of passports, certificates, or other documents via the form on the website. If the case requires documents, we will separately explain the secure method for to share them.
Why we need this information
The only purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide work with us, handle your case. The legal basis for processing is your consent you give by clicking ’Submit request,’ and actions taken at your request prior to concluding a contract.
We do not use this data for advertising and do not build profiles from it and we do not enrich them with data from other sources.
Where the request goes
The request goes into our internal enquiry tracking system and is duplicated to the team’s working chat in Telegram so that the request not lost. Only the team members who respond to requests.
If your case concerns a neighbouring area of the SVOY network — housing, childbirth, car transport — we will forward your question to colleagues only with your consent and we will say so upfront.
How long we keep it
- If you did not become a client — up to 12 months from the date of contact, after which the request is deleted. A year is needed because immigration matters often come back around: someone writes in spring, decides in autumn, and rewriting everything from scratch is inconvenient for both sides.
- If we handled your case — within the period, required to handle the case and subsequent renewals status, but no longer than required by the law of the country where documents were submitted.
The counters and what they track
The site uses Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics 4. They collect anonymised statistics: which pages are opened, where they came from, what device they are using.
A separate word of warning about Webvisor in Metrica: it records mouse movements, scrolling, and clicks on the page so that we can we saw where the interface got in the way. The contents of form fields are not recorded is recorded. If you do not want pages to be recorded, enable ad blocker or ’do not track’ mode in your browser.
This data is processed by Yandex and Google on their own rules — we have no influence over them.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:
- show you what data we hold about you;
- correct them if anything has been entered incorrectly;
- delete them entirely;
- withdraw consent to data processing.
To do this, write to us in Telegram or WhatsApp +34 653 88 19 96 with the words ’delete my data.’ We will do so within 30 days and we will confirm deletion. No reason required.
