Deregistration reinstatement
Alta de baja temporal: the vehicle was temporarily de-registered and is being put back on the road. We verify the ITV, road tax and insurance — without these, reinstatement will not go through — and submit to DGT. The official DGT fee is paid separately and is subject to change; we confirm the current amount before filing. For vehicles under 10 years old, ITP tax is additionally payable.

No, and no one can: the decision is made by the state authority. What we can do is remove the grounds for refusal: correctly the chosen basis, a complete package and properly prepared documents as they are accepted.
